Taken my kids to gym before with no problems. But today I the lady at the front desk won't let my eight year old in because I don't have her birth certificate. Funny why did no one ask for a birth certificate yesterday or any of the previous times I brought my kids. What a waste of time and petrol. Thanks virgin active!
Absolutely hated it. Staff unfriendly and not understanding Zero customer care. Only interest is to renew my contract. I am sure this was not part of the business plan Richard had in mind, guess it was washed down the drain when he sold it. It feels like you are part of a production plant.
