Staff are not the greatest with customer service. The cashiers doing transactions treat you like you are just another number. I also think that House & Home have become crazy expensive with the furniture they sell. R25000 for a dining room suite in plain white? There are plenty of furniture at these high prices. Would rather shop elsewhere, it's not value for money at all.
Over promise and don't deliver. I purchased a lounge sweet, fridge and patio furniture. Paid cash now I have a problem, nothing.
This people will Not take you to the bank, friendly helpful sales staff, done business with them for a lot of years now, and they normally have what your looking for at a very good price / compared to there competitors, and if your lucky it's on a discount price. Like doing business with them !!!
Waiting more then a week for a washing machine that i purchased cash at their Bay West branch in PE, apparently they are waiting for the truck from JHB to deliver the goods. Poor Service!
